Sugar Pie Pumpkins are here! the perfect pumpkin for making all your pumpkin infused dishes for the fall season. The flesh is slightly more firm and less stringy than traditional carving pumpkins.

To make pumpkin puree just cut the little cuties in half, scrape out the seeds, brush with olive oil and roast with them flesh side down. 350 degrees for 45 minutes or so, longer if you need, until your fork pushes right through. Take them out and scrape off the skin after they have cooled for about 10 minutes. Use it from here or blend up for puree!
