Charlie cares about good food, being resourceful, and caring for the earth. His journey to farming microgreens was a roundabout one but--full of bands and journalism--but he couldn't be happier farming in his hometown. He grows an assortment of unique microgreens that add color and flavor to dishes, as well as salad mixes.
