Collins offers a wide range of the most delicious varieties they can grow. They prune their trees and thin the fruit set extensively; their goal is quality, not quantity. They test many new varieties each year by grafting and planting new fruits in their experimental block on the orchard.

One of the most popular types of fruit that they offer are hybrid fruits, such as "pluots" and "apriums." These fruits are created by crossbreeding two different varieties of fruit which results in an offspring that includes genetic characteristics from both parents. They grow many different variety of hybrid fruits and are continually experimenting with crossbreeds in our orchard.

The Collins Family believes in healthy and sustainable growing practices for which they use organic fertilizers, seaweed, and fish oils. For pest control they use organic insecticide - "Entrust". This keeps their fruit, their farm land, and their employees healthy and happy for many seasons to come!
