Ingredients: Wild salmon (smoked with honey and salt), organic cream cheese (organic milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, organic locust bean gum), organic ricotta cheese (organic whole milk, organic skim milk, organic vinegar, salt), organic shallots, organic red onion, organic lemon juice, organic herbs and spices. No artificial additives or preservatives.
