If you like your Ethiopian food spicy, the Hot Simmer Sauce is for you! Hot Simmer Sauce is made with authentic imported Berbere, the main spice blend used in Ethiopian stews. This Berbere blend in the sauce infuses the stew with depth, and creates bold, spicy, mouthwatering dishes for those who like a little more heat to their stews. For simple preparation: mix 1 jar of Hot Simmer Sauce with lentils or meat and cook until lentils are soft or until meat is done. Direction on label.
Also-- add a spoonful of Hot Simmer Sauce in stir-fries or for Tibs Ethiopian dishes that call for Berbere sauce.
