This natural rind artisan raw cheese is made in our dairy from milk from Dungeness Valley Creamery’s herd of pasture fed Jersey cows. We use a microbial vegetarian rennet to develop a semi-soft pate with full flavors of sweet cream, a buttery essence with a mild tangy bright finish, aged at least 60 days.
