Our sourdough is always egg, dairy, soy, tree nut, peanut, rice, legume, corn and gluten free.
Keep refrigerated or frozen
Must be served toasted, or hot. Best to grill with oil or butter.
Ingredients: sourdough starter (Moonlight), Moonlight flour blend (millet flour, quinoa flour, teff flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, cane sugar, xanthan gum, salt), water, safflower oil, ground flax meal, apple cider vinegar, salt, xanthan gum
