Description
Grand Central's signature Baguette is the perfect balance of texture and flavor. With a hearty, crisp crust and a chewy, tender interior, each bite delivers a toasty-sweet flavor that’s simply irresistible. Whether you’re tearing into it and slathering it with butter, or serving it alongside your favorite cheeses, this baguette’s a classic choice that never goes out of style.
Storage
Best enjoyed fresh with a 1-day shelf life. Keep in the paper bag at room temperature in a cool, dry place to maintain its crisp crust while preventing excess moisture buildup. If the cut side starts to dry out, place the loaf cut-side down on a wooden board or wrap it loosely in a clean kitchen towel. Freeze the loaf to prolong it's shelf life.
Ingredients: Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, enzyme), Water, Salt, Malted Barley Flour, Yeast (yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid).
Allergens: Wheat
NOTE: Baguettes won’t fit in the recyclable box and will be placed on top upon delivery.
