Salami, Gin Soaked - Special Collaboration Series

Collaboration Series #3! An all pork salami made with gin from our good friends at Copperwork's Distilling! Our production manager Peter designed this recipe early in 2019 (the January slump offers the best time for recipe formulation!) He wanted to emphasize the gin, and a classic hunter's style salami seemed the perfect base for the recipe. Accent spices of juniper, black pepper, coriander, and chili flakes play beautifully with the finish provided by the highly aromatic Copperworks gin.
