This delicious, organic, cultivated edible mushroom has a crunchy texture and nutty flavor once cooked. Before cooking, though, it can taste quite bitter (we don't advise eating raw mushrooms as many can contain parasites and their cell walls contain chitin which is hard for your body to break down)!

These mushrooms go great in simple recipes, like brown rice, buttery shimeji, and soy sauce.
