Fattoush Dressing

This dressing gets its name from a Lebanese bread salad. Mamnoon's tangy viniagrette compliments juicy vegetables like cucumbers and radish and soaks beautifully into our pita chips.
Mamnoon Spring Fattoush Salad:
2 Heads lettuce of your choice (romaine, green/red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, spinach, chicory,
etc..)
1/2 Bag mama pita chips
4 Tablespoons mamnoon fattoush dressing
4 Sprigs mint, picked off the stem
6 Sprigs parsley, picked off the stem
½ Cup green olives, halved
2 Red radishes, shaved or quartered
1 Cup snap peas, sliced
1 small spring onion, shaved
1 teaspoon sumac
Directions:
Cut the lettuce into bite sized pieces and put into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, herbs, dressing, and sumac. Season with salt and taste. Adjust salt and acidity with more dressing as necessary. Serve onto plates, garnish with sumac and more herbs, and enjoy!
